Quiet area but close to most major services and a short walk from the most beautiful beaches in the area (Chia, Campana etc.). Double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room (two sofa beds), kitchen, porch with table for outdoor meals and sitting area. Free parking. Equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen and towels.

The house is for the exclusive use of guests, the outdoor areas are particularly suitable for romantic dinners overlooking the sea. The region of Chia, unlike the more exclusive areas in the north of Sardinia, has preserved its authenticity and offers not only the most beautiful beaches of the island (eg Cala Cipolla, Capo Spartivento, Tuerredda), but also the possibility to practice various sports (surfing, horseback riding, golf, etc.). The landscape is impressive, the local population is friendly and in the beautiful town of Pula (about 13 km) you will find everything you need.
