The beach can be reached in about 15' walking distance and a private garden sitting area with BBQ offers the possibility to barbecue and relax outside. Elegant living room with kitchen on the ground floor, bathroom and 1 bedroom. The upper floor offers three bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The house is located in a quiet residence and offers plenty of space and comfort. Everything is new and modern furnished. The beach of Santa Margerita di Pula can be easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes and the beaches of Chia are 5 km away.It is located in a strategic position to easily enjoy all the beauties of the southernmost part of the island, the most spectacular part of the coast, with beaches of fine, clear sand, surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and the ubiquitous pine forests.
